100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
Only 25% deposit to reserve your stay if more than 45 days away. No damage deposit.
The price per night comes down the more nights you choose, this is because there is a one off charge per stay for housekeeping and laundry, this will appear in the total price shown for the chosen dates before you book.
Pets stay free, linen, high speed wifi, Amazon premium services, heating, gas logs and light are all included in the rent. Bedding and linen is provided for the number of guests booked but please bring your own bedding for the extra fold away single bed and the travel cot.
